Thank you for stopping by our website. We hope and pray it is a blessing to you! For those of you who are wondering who is behind this website, here's a quick synopsis....
Biblical Womanhood is owned and operated by the Paine family. We (Jesse and Crystal) are both homeschool graduates (read part of our courtship story here) and have been married since January 2003. Our desire is to make a difference for the cause of Christ in our sin-darkened culture.
Meeting Dave and Sharon Ramsey (Crystal was almost nine months pregnant with Kaitlynn here!)
Jesse, beloved husband and wonderful father, takes care of all the financial aspects of the business, for which we are very thankful! He also helps with getting orders processed and shipped out and oversees our product choices. In addition to his involvement with Biblical Womanhood, Jesse is an attorney by profession. You can read his blog, Confronting the Culture, for his thoughts and insights on faith, family, and freedom.
Crystal, first and foremost a devoted wife and mommy, takes care of much of the day-to-day operation of Biblical Womanhood - from marketing, to product development, to order fulfillment. This usually happens late at night or early in the morning or during afternoon naptimes. As a stay-at-home mom, Crystal is blessed to get to spend all day, everyday with our adorable little girls and she wouldn't have it any other way! In little extra snippets of time Crystal has, she often blogs on one of her two blogs: Biblical Womanhood or Money Saving Mom. She is passionate about encouraging other women to embrace and blossom in the roles God has called them to!
 
Our little princess, Kathrynne
We have two beautiful little girls, Kathrynne Elizabeth (born January 2005) and Kaitlynn Nicole (born June 2007). As you can see in the picture above, Kathrynne is already starting to help with packaging up orders... well, at least she's trying! In a few more years, she's going to be Mommy's right-hand helper.
Being parents has changed our lives in such a wonderful way. There is something about it which cannot be described until you experience it firsthand. We are praying that the Lord will give us a whole "army" of children to raise for the glory of God!
Our newest little precious blessing, Kaitlynn
Through our bookstore, articles, newsletter, and blogs, we desire to promote femininity and build up women as they embrace their Biblical callings. In this humanistic, feministic culture, we want to be a breath of fresh air to women seeking after something greater than what the world has to offer - to glorify the Lord in all they do, say, and think!
